I volunteer to support the caregivers of families impacted by Alzheimer’s. My team respects the time I need away from work to make a difference. Their support and compassion mean a lot to me.

I’m a senior software engineer—I call myself a programmer or coder. Engineering is about solving problems. I look at problems people have and develop software to improve the way they work.
Early in my career, I worked at a group that used ServiceNow. I studied web design and programming, so I kept going to our admin team to suggest cool ways to configure our instance. They invited me to join their team and I became a ServiceNow admin. Later, I made the move to work at ServiceNow.
I just went through a serious illness. My leaders put my health first. My team checked in on my family and me. Even our CEO sent me a note. At work and at home, ServiceNow cares.
I used to use our products. Now, I develop them. I blend what I loved about ServiceNow with new technologies and new ideas to create something that makes our customers’ lives easier. We all get that chance here.
